GLOBAL MISSIONS
Ghana-Pastoral Education Scholarships & Medical Clinic
CVC partners with the Ghana Baptist Convention in reaching the Nzema people in Africa. Part of our partnership is in establishing and growing healthy churches. All funds donated to Ghana Missions will be divided between Pastoral Education Scholarships and Medical Clinic expenses. Pastoral Education Scholarships will help to fund the $2,000 cost for a 4-year process for new pastors. Ghana Medical Clinic funds will be used to help families in need to offset medical expenses and to assist in funding costs incurred for the Clinic’s current expansion. For more information about our efforts in Ghana, view here: www.ghanahealthcenter.org/about_us.

The Oasis of Hope
The doors of The Oasis of Hope in Medina are open to women who want to receive accurate and honest information on an array of subjects including pregnancy symptoms, abortion, adoption, parenting, STDs, and sexual health. Counseling, support, infant supplies, pre-natal and parenting classes are offered in a caring, non-judgmental environment as well as pregnancy tests, ultrasounds and adoption information and referrals. The Oasis of Hope also offers maternity, baby and children’s items to the women who are being cared for. Funds donated will help them to reach more people with their services including online education access.
Oaks Family Care Center
The ministry of the Oaks Family Care Center in Brunswick has provided free family support services to the community since 1998. Dedicated to providing support services including counseling, they are focused on meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of their clients. Services include family building programs, material goods, parenting support, pregnancy testing and support, postabortion recovery, spiritual growth, supervised visitation for parents, youth outreach programs, jail and detention center outreach programs, and food pantry. Funds donated will go toward maintenance projects, material goods, new continuing education programs and basic operational needs.
CVC Brunswick Classrooms
There are two children’s classrooms that need renovation. These were not part of the Phase 1 building renovation (the rooms were initially built in the 1950’s). We have targeted the 1st quarter 2023 to start this renovation. God has continued to send more families to Brunswick (Praise God!) and we need the additional classroom space! The budget is estimated at $60,000. This could be a space where a child’s eternity is forever changed.
